Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Conduct process control checks and start-ups for encapsulation, bottling and mixing department.
  • Process batch records after encapsulation and release bulk
  • Release finished product physically and, in the system,
  • Enter lab results as required.
  • Register complaints and do follow-up
  • Keep records of Humidity and Temperature.
  • Process bottling batch tickets assembly as required.
  • Cleaning validation as per GMP requirement.
  • Investigate unexpected problems and provide solutions to resolve them (CAPA)
  • Report unusual and non-compliant events during the performance of daily tasks
  • Enter data, complete forms/logs, and maintain accurate and complete records
  • Apply GMP knowledge and instruct employees on GMP violations
  • Collect and manage retained and micro samples of finished products.
  • Check workstations after maintenance repairs and evaluate product and human safety.
  • Maintain professional relationships and provide support to internal and external departments
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of the department and other relevant duties as assigned

Skills and Competencies

  • Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and the ability and the ability to prioritize and perform in a demanding situation.
  • Good understanding of current GMP requirements (NHPs and drugs an asset)
  • Must be organized and have the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to develop and maintain an effective work environment
  • Be thorough, detail oriented and accurate with very good observation capacity.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (compulsory)

Work Schedule

  • Scheduled hours: 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 7am - 3pm
