Accounts Receivable Clerk

Tasks and Responsibilities

Invoice customer orders
Process pending orders
Verify and approve credits (returns)
Enter bank transfers
Process automatic payments
Collect overdue customer accounts
Perform various internal and external follow-ups
Identify, resolve and report issues
Perform various data entry for the accounting department
File accounting documents
Occasional reception replacements (lunch breaks, vacations, absences)
Other sporadic accounting projects or tasks

Skills and Competencies

Bilingual (English/French), both spoken and written (English is necessary as we serve all of Canada and have international clients)
Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
Accuracy and detail-oriented
Ability to identify missing or inconsistent data
Fast data entry skills
Autonomous and able to work under pressure
Experience with SAP Business One (an asset)

Education and Experience

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in accounting
Diploma in accounting, office administration, or equivalent

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – (40 hours per week)
Permanent and full-time position
On-site only – 3405, F.-X.-Tessier Street, Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, J7V 5V5
